When you try to manipulate freedoms given to us by the constitution.....people will fight back.
that being said for whom is youtube? the people who use it and give it value with their content or the company which makes all the money with it.
Afaik yt never claimed to be for the people and started as a "corrupt" system.
While it is unfair to content creators to change the rules afterwards it is just a big company
