First press both lemons lightly and then remove the juice in a bowl.
In a bowl, add ginger and garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, curry leaves, black pepper powder and finely chopped silentro.
After that, add a little lemon juice and a little oil to it and prepare a fine paste.

  • Now wrap the spice paste prepared in Chicken Breast thoroughly.
  • Put the marinated chicken breast in the fridge for 30 minutes. If you can keep it for a night of marininate, taste will be good.

After a period of marination, keep it in the microwave safe bowl.

Preheat the microwave to 350 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.

  • Keep the chicken-covered bowl well with aluminum foil for 30 minutes in the microwave.
  • Remove the microwave after a fixed time.
    Then remove aluminum foil and keep it in a microwave oven for 10-15 minutes so that the upper part of the chicken breast becomes crisp. (You can crisp it by keeping it in the microwave)

    Or, if you want, then add oil to the medium flame and heat it in a pan, then cook chicken breast until it turns golden on both sides.
  • When the upper part becomes crisp, keep it on the reflex for another 10 minutes so that the other part of the part also becomes crisp.
    Take out the prepared chicken breast on a plate and serve lemons in it and eat it yourself.
