How to make a Spring Roll
First, mix the flour with a baking powder in a bowl or utensil, filter it and add water and make a thin and smooth slurry. (It takes a little less than one and a half cups of water to make a cup of flour.)

  • Cover this solution for 1 hour.
    Make it stand
    Put oil in a pan and keep it in a medium flame for hot. When oil is heated, add onion, green chilli and fry it for 2-3 minutes, then add cauliflower, capsicum and paneer in it and fry well for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add black pepper, salt, soy sauce and mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
    Now add little oil to a nonstick pan on low flame, and add a spoonful of flour and spread it like a dose. When the color of the upper surface of the dose changes and leaves off on the edge of the pan, remove it and put it in the plate.
  • Prepare all wrappers in the same way. When wrappers are ready, then take one wrapper and put it in the plate, then add 2 spoons of water and spread it thin in length.

  • Rolling the wrapper full of rappers, turn the roll from both sides on the right and left side and turn the roll from above and turn off from all sides.
  • Put the finished roll in the plate and make all the rolls exactly the same way.
  • When all the rolls are ready, fry it on the pan or even deep frying it.
    Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
