Grind half of the walnuts with 1/2 cup water. Cut the rest finely. Fry semolina in a dry place. Boil the milk for 10 minutes and put a nut paste. Boil the milk until it is half. Now add chopped nuts and roasted
semolina and cook until it thickens. When the mixture becomes thick, add ghee and ground sugar and fry it on low flame for five minutes. Pudding is ready, serve hot and hot.
