First, heat the ghee in a pan in a low flame.
- Once ghee is heated, add coriander powder and fry it with curry for four minutes. (Glass ball)
After removing the coriander powder, put it in a bowl. (Badam Kalakand) - Rotate coconut powder and melon seeds by rotting for 1 minute and turn off the flame. (Semolina rosogules)
Now add water and sugar in a second pan and make two teaspoons of syrup. (Instant Make Up Apache)
Mix the prepared syrup into roasted coriander powder, coconut powder, cardamom powder and melon.
Keep running the whole mixture until it starts to freeze. (Almond laddus)
As soon as the mixture is solid, apply ghee in a plate and spread it well. - After some time you cut it in the desired shape. Green Coriander Barfi is ready.
