Disgusted but not at all surprised. Pitiful excuse for human beings. A couple of years back churches in the Bay area were setting up sprinkler systems to come on in the night in doorways at their facilities to keep the homeless from taking shelter. A big internet push from concerned people made way for the removal of the sprinklers, but this sort of inhumane approaches still continue obviously across this nation. Makes me sick!
