I know Zappl is a Twitter alternative, designed for short messages, links, maybe a gif and this post is exactly what Zappl is made for.
Unfortunately on steemit.com, it looks like a lazy post, especially next to the polished and well formatted blog posts. It's like opening the newspaper and finding a blank page with nothing on it except a tweet. The unfortunate side-effect of using the STEEM blockchain for multiple purposes. Oh well.
