he rights of the individual are very important for the human rights of the individual such as the religion and the right to follow one's conscience so no one can derive that right.I agree like @mrday outline.

for me, rights for all individuals are important , but individual rights are very important as individual makes collective groups

collective rights are more as it is important for all

I think the rights of the individual are more important and very basic because as the root of all interests,Collective rights are a right derived from individual rights, so that collective interests are also included in human rights. In this concept, group rights are considered automatically protected when individual rights are protected. According to the classical theory, only the rights possessed by individual human beings can be called human rights. The entity possessed by an entity, although it may be very necessary, is acceptable and even enforced. Such rights are not human rights, even if they are deemed to be derived from a collectivity, such as a state, a minority, those rights are still seen as inherent in the individual members of their members.

well to see as a personal opinion only then it will matter but we live in a society so collective rights are more on the edge

quality posts are more important to individual rights

Very good question friends
Thank you @patrickulrich

Perhaps the question can be seen from the theory of twin tolerance. Between individual and collective rights there must be mutual tolerance. on the one hand collectivity should not muzzle the rights of individuals, but on the other hand should not by reason exercise the rights of individuals and then disturb the collective balance. This is a good question @patrickulrich.

In matters in various situations but as of for now my vote goes for collective rights .

Do we talk about positive or negative freedom?
I would start suggesting... are not individual rights derived from our social oriented lives? Could a person think about individual rights if he/she doesn't live in a society?
