Primarily an iPhone user, but I have used an Essential phone for a week. Love it in general, but the finger scanner in the back is a real pain. Why didn't they place scanner on the power button like Sony does? Here is a hope we see a phone with embedded home button with a finger scanner in the screen along with face recognition feature this year.
