Exactly. If the workers aren't working, the employer's profit is reduced and their ability to accumulate capital is therefore also reduced. Now, according to the Communist Manifesto, "The bourgeoisie cannot exist without constantly revolutionising the instruments of production,” and this is because of competition. Ergo, if capital accumulation is disrupted, that is, if the employer cannot revolutionize their means of production, the employer’s social relation as the employer is jeopardized, because their competitors, unlike them, are engaging in capital accumulation.
