Okay, so I went on vacation and did not have much time to do the Zox exercises.
I listened to module 4 where it explained a similar 15-minute meditation technique as in module 3.
In module 3 we state the things we want in our lives and in module 4's medications we state things to enhance our mental photography skills. For instance, my subconscious sees every word very clearly. So the technique is the same as what I discussed in Zox Mental Photography Update 3.
Also, this is the first time I mentally photographed. The paste of photographing is fast and I missed quite a few pages from the dictionary that I was photographing.
The purpose of the dictionary/thesaurus drill is to expand our vocabulary and to make us have confidence in the fact that the program works or at least that's what I think is going on.
The process:
Sit in a chair and relax my mind 4 breaths and then I say the statements.
I then mentally photographed the book. Here is a nice video to show you how mental photography looks like:
Yeah I know it looks weird.
After I photographed the book I closed my eyes and relaxed initially no word came to mind than the word bail popped out of nowhere.
So at this stage, you draw a little book on a piece of paper and mark where you think the word is located.
My word was bail and I thought that it is in the far left upper middle and it was in the far right lower middle.
If the word that is located is parallel to the true location or is exact that means that you have successfully located the word.
I was absolutely shocked that by turning pages upside down I can locate a word that I have never heard of in a dictionary book with such accuracy. A more advanced technique would be to locate the page number of what that word was on.
Absolutely amazing although what is the real life application of this? Maybe I can win bets with friends :)
Very interesting
