에어프라이어로 겉바속초 고기굽기butterdog (45)in #zzan • 5 years ago (edited)요즘 겉바속초라는 말이 유행하더라고요 겉은 바삭하게! 속은 촉촉하게! 오늘은 에프로 고기를 구워보았습니다. 두툼하게 썬 고기 위에 허브솔트를 뿌려줬어요. 180도로 15분 굽습니다. 잘 구워졌네요. 뒤집어서 15분 또 구워주면 끝! 5분 남았을 때 양파 등의 야채도 넣어주세요 저는 양파뿐이라서 양파만 넣었습니다 에어프라이어로 한끼 뚝딱 아주 쉽습니다. ㅎㅎ 집에 고기 기름도 안 튀고 냄새도 별로 안나고 최고인 것 같아요. #newbie #diary #life
