今天晚上在水吧协助了一会儿,由于今天吧台阿姨上的是中班。前几天在抖音上看了几个做果盘的视频,正好今天晚上有机会操刀制作,刚开始应为有段时间没怎么做果盘了,有些显得手生,但是在制作完成2个小果盘后就又从新找到了“感觉”便顺手了许多,后来用现有的水果开始制作几个不同的中果和大果,从摆放到改刀做了几个小花样,虽然不是那么的专业,但是视觉还是不错的,满满的欣喜,幻想经常来的客人如果用到应该也会有不一样的感觉;生活和工作都要不断尝试和创新,这样会更加精彩!G
媳妇说新学的一道菜,“清蒸鲈鱼”,中午回来准备给我大显身手,展示展示“陈大厨”的经典厨艺,听完顿时高兴起来,还简单给我说了制作过程。先把鱼改刀腌制,鱼肚放葱姜蒜,倒入料酒大火蒸十分钟左右,关火虚蒸5分钟,然后去除鱼肚内的葱姜蒜,倒掉汤汁(腥味都在汤汁里),从新摆上花椒葱姜,最后用热油一泼就OK。听着到不错,很是期待!
