Wczoraj był dzień regeneracji, więc wujek Garmin wymyślił na dziś mocne bieganie - 5x3 min w tętnie do 176 bpm 🏃‍♂️🚀🤯🤪



Temperatura nie ułatwiła zadania, ale plan udało się zrealizować całkiem dobrze 😁



Chyba będę wstawał wcześniej, by realizować takie mocne treningi z samego rana, przed pracą.

Oznaczałoby to godzinę mniej spania, ale popołudniowa drzemka powinna nadrobić te braki.

Muszę to przetestować 🤔
