For a while I was doing that so that I could stay out of RC Jail. It was at around 300 HP that I switched back to the 50/50 split between HP and HBD. If I go back to 100% HP, at what point could I return to the 50/50 split?
Absolutely I am going to agree with that or whenever you want to because you can still change it to 50/50 for a couple of posts if you need to....
You are still getting 20% on savings with HBD.
But that's the thing you have so many different avenues to invest in yourself. And it is highly subjective which one you want to invest in yourself and which Community you believe in and what direction you want to take....
And which Community is invest back into their members as well....

Personally I would do 100% right now! And I absolutely did!!!!
However if you do need a little bit of hbd so that you can invest into diesel pools and so forth I would keep just regular comments as being 50/50 and just make a lot of them.
The more that you can stack the more that you can start looking into starting to put in delegations and make more.

For HBD, I can always take my LP Rewards and use them to buy HBD for Savings and then add the rest to my diesel pool positions. On the LEO side, whatever LEO I get for placing higher than Khal gets staked.
Yep and some.of those pools paid me to get into other pools and make more.
Just keep compounding interest and investing.

Apparently I've been around for a long time and I remember old stuff that sometimes isn't relevant anymore the rules keep changing on me all the time.

I've been seeing the slider for upvotes as I make them manually. What I haven't seen is a slider for payouts since those are either 100% HP or 50/50 between HP and HBD. I'll need to do the 100% option at publishing time.
Delegations is where I would need help not so much to make them but to find out which accounts deserve them or which accounts to recommend. For myself, I'm interested in delegations which reward me with HIVE, but it's good to know which delegations reward which tokens as well. Where would I find out about them? Which ones deserve to be promoted?
Other kinds of delegations exist, and I can always delegate to people who need them. It will be a while before I can delegate to a promising Hiver.

I think someone said one should keep it at 100% HP now that the price is low.
Probably you can return when the price of Hive is higher.
