I found there are four content accounts who post nothing but the same title and one line over and over farming around $4-5 a day using around 19 Steem Power and 3,000 delegation provided by Steemit Inc over 188 accounts.
Sure it's a relatively small amount of money...but how often does this happen? How often is it caught and how much money has been fleeced from the reward pool because of it?
This has been going on since last year. This particular incident cost STINC 19 STEEM to create those 188 accounts. That's it. This is precisely the problem with delegation - the ability to create these accounts at a low cost, thus a lower degree of responsibility to ensure that they are "good actors." Sure, they can revoke the delegation, but usually long after the exploits have already occurred and rewards have already been gained by the exploiters.
If STINC insists on creating accounts, the least they could do is stop creating obvious bot-nets and perhaps be a little more responsive when they're discovered. Ideally, they ought to stop creating accounts in the first place and burn the stake that they have and don't deserve to control.
Stop being the largest problem here, STINC.
