Not if you consider ~75% of them who:
a) follow a secular tradition (e.g. Tatars, Alevits)
b) are analphabets and don't understand anything (not to speak of Arabic..)
c) may be born as Sunnis or Wahhabis but don't care about religion
Assuming your 25% share for the total Islamic population are correct, we reach 25%x25% = ~6.25%... most of whom live on the Arabian paninsula, well or Aceh.
Bottom line: When talking to a random person of planet earth, you have to assume this individual doesn't know much about Islam - and much more importantly - doesn't care much about the theological aspects of that religion.
Usually and unfortunately, the most common interest is whether there could be terror attack on the train station you are standing on.
And that's your mentality... Go to your guru Google it will tell you that more than 90%terror attacks are done by non muslims.
And you shouldn't talk about Islam. It's an advice. Take it or leave it.
