This update represents a compilation of the recent news, updates and projections about our Actifit project, including top actifitters for the preceding voting cycle, as well as updates on our account and delegations !
Witness Statement & Status
Due to all the recent troubles that shook our Steem community, and as a witness, we would like to issue a statement clarifying our stance in regards to those happenings.
Actifit as a witness stands against any fork that is aimed to the removal of any account's funds. Anyone's stake is their own property, and we do not believe the community nor witnesses should take action that alters the stake of any steemian, as this could open the door to all sorts of chaos.
We also urge Steemit Inc to avoid taking any actions that could negatively affect the growth of Steem blockchain or STEEM price, and focus on creating and maintaining open communication, transparency, and support for the Steem blockchain, its community and dapps.
In short, having a positive, cooperative environment in Steem is what helps grow our ecosystem and for our blockchain to thrive.
Our Witness Operation
In terms of our witness operation, our witness server continues to run smoothly. Below are some stats from last week:
- We are ranked at 49, both as actual and active rank.
- We received votes from 501 steemians (compared to 478 last week). Thank you!
- No blocks were missed during the last week. Overall we have 1 missed block.
- We are witnessing an average of 19 blocks per day.

AFIT Tokens & STEEM Payouts Sent
Last week was another great one, whereby our different actifitters and delegators piled up more tokens. To date, Actifit has distributed over 21.1 Million AFIT tokens, to 36K+ token holders and 46K+ reported activity.
We also sent out today our weekly STEEM delegators share, which went out to 424 delegators (compared to 414 last week), with a total amount of 192.923 STEEM (compared to 183.496 STEEM last week), as well as 1.823 SBD. This is our biggest payout to date!
P.S.: STEEM amount includes both SP and STEEM rewards for delegators, whereby each delegator receives liquid STEEM as a total for both amounts.

Charity Balance Display + New Charity Added
It was brought to our attention that the AFIT balance to charities was not being properly displayed.
We dug into the issue, and found that the cause of this was due to a coding issue storing the names of charities as arrays instead of simple text.
The actual transactions were not affected. So we adjusted the code to prevent this from occurring in future, and also ran a fix script to adjust all entries resulting in the proper calculation and display of charity balances on both actifit.io and the Actifit app.
So as of yesterday, all charity balances are up-to-date and showing correct numbers.
Add to that, we were contacted by another Steem charity, @nosdos (Voten für Pfoten), which deals with animal protection and adoption, to be added to our list of supported charities.
We were happy to make that happen, and hence the list of supported charities has increased to a total of seven: @adollaraday, @mannacurrency, @nosdos, @schoolforsdg4, @steemchurch, @tarc, @youarehope.
Rewarding AutomaticWin Winners
In addition to our own competitions, actifit continues to support other competitions ran by members of its community, with similar aims to motivate activity and healhy living, particularly the #automaticwin competition ran by @beachready (Rewards post here).

A kind reminder to all actifitters: some versions of esteem app still cause issues when used to edit your reports, via removing essential info Actifit uses to identify proper reports. This prevents related reports from receiving rewards.
Until this issue is officially fixed via the esteem team, we advise that you use other Steem interfaces for editing, including our own actifit.io, steemit, busy or others.

The amount of delegated SP has a large influence over not only the daily/weekly delegation reward, but also on the amount of rewards the actifitter receives on daily reports, as it constitutes a key element in User Rank.
Which is why being an Actifit delegator now has more influence on your rewards, coupled with number of AFIT tokens and other factors highlighted before.
Add to that, and a key important item that will benefit Actifit by receiving more delegation, is the ability to claim and create more user accounts.
Delegators share a max cap of 100K AFIT tokens according to their delegation amount, and also earn a 5% beneficiary reward from actifit posts' beneficiary earnings.
Since many ask, here we describe again an easy way to calculate your AFIT tokens for a full day of delegations:
(Your Delegated SP) * 100,000 AFIT MAX / (Actifit Account Delegated SP - without account own SP and any delegators who opted out).
So for instance if you had delegated 100 SP, your daily earnings would be around:
100 * 100,000 / 260,000 = 38.46 AFITs
We are appreciative of more delegations to be able to better award actifitters and support our project, so thank you for doing that !
When you are looking to increase your delegation, you need to use the new total amount as the delegation amount, and not only the increased amount. Otherwise only the new amount will be used, and the remaining amount will be undelegated.
To delegate to Actifit, you can use any of the following links:
10SP, 20SP, 30SP, 50SP, 100SP, 250SP, 500SP, 1,000SP, 5,000SP, 10,000SP, 20,000SP, Custom Amount

Thanks for the update @actifit! Like your stance on what you believe as Witness on the Steem blockchain. Hopefully, things will become more decentralised (more balanced), yet not compromise on progress of the dapps already here as well as the Steem price. It's a lot to ask for, but a positive mindset is a good place to start! 😊💯
