Small ride with the bike today

Today I trained my Performance on the bike. I chose a low intensity but my body still isnt ready yet for a half ironman distance.

2 months to go and I still need much more progress to get a result that would satisfy me.

because its too slow in my opinion and my quads were too sour. I have to run another 21km after a 90km bike ride. But I still have 2 months to get ready. Will work ;-)

What would be the best way to start with crossfit in your opinion?

Just pick up any CrossFit workout which you think can do, do it, and then check what people can do worldwide😉 after this try to work on your weaknesses.
