because its too slow in my opinion and my quads were too sour. I have to run another 21km after a 90km bike ride. But I still have 2 months to get ready. Will work ;-)

Just pick up any CrossFit workout which you think can do, do it, and then check what people can do worldwide😉 after this try to work on your weaknesses.
