Hello how are you all. Long time no see..
These weeks have been really busy for me, so I haven't had time to write a blog.
However, in the midst of my busy schedule, I still try to free up a little time to exercise at home. With minimal equipment, just dumbbells and a mat, I did pushups, sit ups and several variations of movements using dumbbells.
At least I think these things are enough to help maintain my muscles while I'm off exercising. Hahh, but this is life, there must be priorities that come first. Ha ha ha.
