I disagree, I think this was a fantastic decision because it will ultimately help all token holders! (So how can it be bad?)... First and foremost this is great for the AFIT token itself, it will finally create a reason for demand (which drives price up) and it will keep people from gaming the Actifit system in multiple ways, which hurts us all. Secondly, it encourages more people to invest in the platform and HOLD their earnings rather than spend them which again helps the price rise because of supply an demand.
Plus it rewards the users who have been here for longer and/or those willing to invest in the platform because they believe in it, so it is rewarding the people who are actually believe in actifit not just the leaches here for the upvote bot.
Far to many people showed up here just for the big upvotes, which is not at all what this community represents. So if this chases people away from the @actifit platform then I don't think they ever really cared about @actifit, the community, or their health at all, they obviously only cared about the upvote... in which case they were gaming the system, taking rewards from people who actually care about this platform and deserve the rewards! In which case I want them gone so the rest of us, the ones who actually are here for the right reason, would get bigger daily rewards. Win/Win
You're an asshole for thinking that I never cared about Actifit. I've logged everyday for months and don't have 10,000 tokens for all that effort. I've been actively encouraging other users with upvotes and previously delegated SP to the cause. If the whole purpose of Actifit was to force people to buy tokens to get any benefit from it then it's all a moneygrab. Fuck off.

I am Sorry if you misconstrued that as an insult towards you, it wasn't, it was a general statement about those people. If you don't fit into that group then no need to freak out and start name calling. ;)
Who is being forced to buy tokens? No one. But if someone chooses to participate in weighted upvotes then there should be a barrier to entry so the system doesn't get gamed, which is continuously happening and is hurting every single token holder on the @actifit platform.
Asking a person who has never used the actifit platform to pay $6.63 in order to gain the benefits of weighted upvotes is a reasonable price in my eyes, less if they are already active users of the platform. (That is less than a meal at a fast food place). Especially considering you would make your investment back in 1 month through weighted upvotes.... So I guess I don't see how that is a "moneygrab"???
