A lot of people have been asking the same but all it takes is balance and discipline. It also depends on one's diet. I do intermittent fasting,I eat only between 2pm and 10pm. I have two exercise sessions, one before 9am and the other after 4pm. The morning session can be draining since I do it in a fasted state but the evening session is fantastic.
I like challenges because they make me push myself to the limit. The more tired I get the better. This is because once I hit the bed am out like a light. The sleep in this state is highly rejuvenating.
I work in accounts so it is not physically draining and I always look forward to the outdoor action.
I dont count the miles/kilometers, maybe @actifit team should include this on the app.
Thank you for stopping by, I appreciate your comment💪👍😀

Thats cool, sounds like u are really healthy! I also intermittent fast, I have been doing it for well over a year now and its been a game changer for me too.. I haven't met to many other people who IF, so it was awesome to hear u say u do too.
I could probably reach way higher numbers if I kept my phone on me all day but I don't cuz I hate feeling like it's attached to me.. I use to do 2 walks a day and one workout but now that it is dark by 530 pm I stopped doing the second walk because I live in the country and its dangerous to walk down old county hwys in the dark.
All n all those are just excuses I guess, lol, I could get more activity in but truth be told I'm a hippie who loves his weed! So
sometimesmost days I get stoned around noon and loose all motivation to do another workout in the evening! HahahahaAnyhow, keep up the awesome work/dedication to your health bro, your body will take of u if u take care of it! 😉
I have been on IF for close to 2years now. Reducing insulin and keeping growth hormone high keeps inflammation in the body low, so we avoid those nasty lifestyle diseases. It is really amazing, when I go low calorie I find that my abs get etched out and defined just from the jogging and walking.
We dont have cold winters in Kenya, so am outdoors all year round. The heavy rain is what makes me use the treadmill at the gym.
I don't get stoned but if I did I would wanna have it like in a tea or cookie... that's a story for another day..haha
Anyways keep enjoying your IF journey and getting in those steps in.
