all those foods sounds great! I recently started my indoor gardening where I grow sprouts, micro-greens and salad greens via hydroponics. I should be able to eat a small salad tomorrow. I prefer to have one for breakfast.

At 66 years old I am as physically active as I was when in my 30's. Sure I have a few more aches and pains, but if I was not active it would be worse.

I just found out you are 66 years old now. may God always give you health and protection for you. and I am very impressed with the gardening activities that you do. honestly I can't do activities like gardening. because in my opinion there is a heavy activity. but it is very healthy for the body.

I thought most knew I was in my 60's. I have had young people in their 20's and 30's that cannot keep up with me. Must keep mind focused and keep going. When I was a teenager I worked for a farmer who at 88 years old could out work me...I never forgot that
