HEY STACKERS!
Another decent workout Today at 24 Hour Fitness. Yeah, taking these selfies are pretty cheesy but Iโm just documenting my fitness journey. ๐
All I did was an overall body workout with some heavy weights in less than 60 minutes.
I donโt even remember working out. ๐คฃ
Like I said before, go hard and get out fast. I donโt want to be like those dudes who โliveโ in the gym. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
Well another โworkoutโ in the books and now I will be taking three days off "to recover" from my gym session. Being in shape is pretty simple if you just know how to do it right (Intermittent Fasting). ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
Keep On STACKIN! ๐

Oh I thought you knew :D Well I created a Steem Support group called SteemNurse. Recently we hit almost 60,000 SP in delegations. It is free to join, and free to get support. We never ask delegations from the members. The delegations come from whales who believe in the concept of free support for everyone who needs it. It is a hospital themed group. I am the Head Nurse.. and the members are the faculty. There are virtually no rules, other than to have fun and get free support :P . And everyone chooses their own rank eg Doctor, Nurse, Patient Etc. Then you can share your links in the #vote-hospital and everyone votes on each other (not a rule) but most people do it. And that is about it.. if you want to join us I would love to have you there. You can even be a silent member and just join and share your links. No rules. Just fun and support! I am kawaiicrush#9789 you can dm me and I will send ya the link if it sounds like something you want to join Charles <333
I only put this here Charles because you asked about it :D.. I can delete it if you wish I do not mean to impose sweetie <3
Don
t overdo it definitely you don
t want to kill your self, just listen to your body and everything will be OK!I just had that conversation with a friend of mine!
I told him sometimes I take up to 4 days in a roll off from the gym!
However, you feel you need is the best for you!
Back to this September before I started my calisthenics journey some weeks I just may go to the gym 2 times up to 3 times a week and that was still enough for me to stay in a good shape.
I use to workout a lot in my 20โs and early 30โs... but being 42 now, Iโm more into longevity and stay young lookinโ these days๐คฃ... your right, 2-3 times is plenty enough. ๐๐ผ

Me for example I do a lot of stretching at the moment so thatโs why I enjoy my time as the gym! But for weight lifting 2-3 days a week is perfect for staying in a good shape!

@steemflow
Me my self I was injured this summer from May to September a bike accident that hurt my shoulder. Stopped me from doing upper body most of the summer.
Everything we need is Time to adapt and Listen to what our body wants to tell us.
Ahhh I was not aware...Yess you are absolutely right never cross our limit...and do everything that our body supports

Exactly!
@stackin, In my opinion, most of the times people follow myth and that is, never miss a single day in gym, but in my opinion recovery time is the best thing to do to bring that balance. Keep up and enjoy your balance. Stay blessed.
