Today we would like you all to tell us :How To Encourage People To Go For Medical /Dental Check Up?!

Medical as well as Dental checkups are imperative as they help to access the general well being of an individual and also help to prevent any impending health disaster. Unfortunately, people do take their health important as to go for checkups especially in developing countries. What methods can be used to encourage the public to always take their health serious?

As a healthcare employer, I believe that I bear a bit of responsibility to be a good example... and there may be several ways to do this... consider:

  • making it known to my team when I take time off for such visits... as well as when I take my children to theirs
  • extra time off for wellness and prevention - that doesn’t deplete ETO
  • workplace wellness events (BP screen, immunization, dietary counseling, etc.)
  • coworkers can encourage each other and volunteer to cover during appointments
  • other rewards such as bonuses, vouchers, or even they can pick the theme for a carry in lunch /potluck
