I think legalisation of abortion should be done is certain conditions only like

1. when continuation of pregnancy is risk to the mother
2. when the baby is expected to be born with abbormalities
3. When the pregnancy is has been caused due to rape.
4. When there is a failure of contraceptivess. The last one should be legalised because the parents might be in a bad condition either financially, socially.

I think these are the conditions where legalisation is required any where in the world.
