I'm not sure what their protocol is with rewards. I don't even know if they've really figured that out yet - doesn't appear there is a whitepaper or any sort of documentation where that is clearly laid out.
they do have some sort of voting/rewards structure - though I think it ends up coming out of a person's own account balance. that right there seems like an upfront weakness in comparison to Steemit.

LOL, that is NOT a competitor to steemit... The whole deal about steemit is that people dont have to give away money with the votes...
