We should also ignore the fact that Australia has a population of 24 million where as America has over 300 Million. Statically, there has to be a few more crazies running around America. Gun controll is not Ever, in any way, shape or form, going to make the bad guys turn over their guns, or make guns unobtainable. If the government came to my house with an order for me to turn over my guns, I would have no choice. Though I wouldn't be happy about it. My government knows I have guns and they are registered and under lock and key. Guns obtained illeagally are unregistered and mostly untraceable. In the eyes of a criminal, what's to lose? I truly wish there was peace in the world and no one wanted to kill anyone else. I wish there wasn't drug and gang violence. But hey, we can fix all these problems with more gun control. I never once said that I could have single handedly stopped the shooting in Las Vegas but if that guy was standing in front of me it would have been my last breath trying. I respect you for your opinions and I think you should know how these guns are being obtained before you preach gun control in a country in which you do not reside. Concealed carry holders don't brandish their weapons if the cops are there, that's how they are not mistaken for a bad guy.

It might not make them unobtainable but like i said it makes them a hell of alot more expensive, the cost of an illegal gun here along with ammunition is stupidly high.
It doesn't matter how they are being obtained, gun control= less guns thats a fact. science has shown gun control works to reduce crime and mass shootings.
I respect your opinion too but i think before you knock gun control you need to try it.
how would you know if it works if youve never tried it and every country that has tried it has seen positive results...
