I still don't know how all this up-voting works, I am still learning. I like the Steemit platform because I can express my views on a whole range of topics that I can sometimes be very passionate about. I have been a member of the Steemit community for a couple of months now however I just got started in doing some posts only yesterday, I have been side tracked with a bathroom renovation that took me a lot longer that anticipated. I am not really here to make money or enhance my wealth, I only view that as a benefit or bonus. I am here because I feel the community and the platform is a little more accepting of differences of opinion. I feel that this platform is more open-minded, so to speak.
