What a beautiful dog, too bad you had to shave her, but luckily it will grow back quickly! Plus, she'll be cooler this summer! Dogs are so wonderful, they love you unconditionally and you're right, they bring out the child in all of us. We miss our sweet dog, she was such a family member.
I can't wait for it to grow out a bit. She's like a stick dog!! lol. I'll still keep it short for the summer but not shaved like this.
It's tough losing a dog. They don't nearly live long enough. I think she'll be our last one though - I can't imagine having a puppy again and going through the first year or two of training!! Abbey just turned 3 this year and is so well behaved....like the perfect dog.
