I do strenght training, but I need more flexibility for my jiu jitsu. I personal believe a balance between the two is the way to go. I need more motivation to work on flexibility excercises

I agree. I think adding the flexibility to a strength workout you'd be less likely for injury as well. Always good to keep the muscles loose!
