It's the typical "Monday" workout routine... got here pretty late to the gym in Las Vegas but still put the work in for an hour.
Did some crazy amounts of sets (12 each) of chest, shoulders, back, and arms.... actually I did do some legs as many of you love to point out my "chicken legs" LOL.
Another one in the books... persistence and dedication! Let's Go!

I have been slacking with my exercise the last few days and you know what... I can feel it in my mood! So yes, I completely agree with the title of this post!

Forever young baby! haha Looking great! I feel as I get older not losing my flexibility has become my goal. That and eating more plant based because it shows quick if I slack!
