Wow, you must have much better eyesight than I do because I couldn't read that little placard, I'm actually impressed that I knew there was a placard with something written on it. :D LOL. :D
Its very cool to know what it says though...because, I thought what must be bricks, was a xylophone. :D
The tag on the base says "le macon" but I can't find a maker's mark anywhere.
That's a bit odd, usually there is something on the bottom, a stamp maybe or a signature of some sort that indicates where or who it was manufactured by... Maybe its super small and you need a magnifying glass to see it or maybe is up where the light bulbs are? I wish I could be more helpful for you.
