My photomontages - Colors and textures for fashion design

What are these pictures made of?
First, I had some experiments with applying acrylic on denim cloth. So I painted some patterns on that material, then photographed them. Next step was to make some photomontages, usually 2 or 3 layered in GIMP.
Here are the results: exciting textures with bright, vivid colors. The last three look like oriental carpets or printed textiles for boheme fashion. What do you think of them? Would you wear them on a dress, scarf or bag?

    These are amazing! It must take you ages to create these!!!! But I would imagine it is very therapeutic.
