No, we are still in kite mode as it was only a few weeks ago (the kite festival) It is rare to get tangled up, but it doesn' happen. In the summer months, the Mall is always filled with soccer games, organized and unorganized fun and always the kites on a windy day.
It is a great place to live if you like activity. :)
