I love Kanonersky Island, this is a great place for walking with a view of the Gulf of Finland. It is especially pleasant to admire the sunsets.

I always thought St Petersburg is more city. It's nice to see the nature bits of it.
We have many districts with continuous buildings. But there are a lot of parks too :)
