Not for the snobs, but would probably be loved by the slobs!

Tonight I got a few beers on sale at the local market.

They were surprisingly good!

Can't say I remember every trying Peroni before. I think maybe once.

It's rather light and yet tasty.

If you've ever tasted American beer, many of them are rather light, but also rather gross and yet tasteless to a degree as well. "Piss" and "water" are two words often used to describe American beer.

Thankfully, I don't mean anything like that when I describe Peroni as "light".

I like some clear "light" beers. I don't like heavy dark beers very often. I also don't like extremely hoppy beers.

Peroni seems like that perfect balance for an evening beer.

I also felt a pretty heavy buzz from 3 of them, which is pretty nice. While my tolerance isn't what it once was, it's still not fun to have to drink a 12 pack to get drunk. High alcohol beers are the only way to avoid that. At 5.1%, Nastro Azzurro can't be described as a high ABV beer really, but it's higher than most here.

While apparently it doesn't get that high of a rating on one site I checked, it does it's job as a casual beer. I wouldn't call it full of flavor necessarily, but I wouldn't call it anywhere near water either. It's "light" on the stomach, such that you can easily knock back a few in an evening without feeling too heavy, with a nice smooth flavor. Just what someone would want from a casual beer.

Probably not for most of the snobs that are on Beer Advocate, but probably an import that your normie friends would love.

4 out of 5 drunken idiots!

Thank you for being here for me, so I can be here for you.
Enjoy your day and stay creative!
Botty loves you. <3

Nothing wrong with living parallel to the "High Life!"

I try to avoid all alcohol unless it's Organic and there's a celebration! The magical Mary Jane gets me through!\n\nBeer actually comes from Hops which is part of the cannabicae family genus too :)
