I love the photography in your review. It’s also great to see that you’ve experienced how the beer has changed over the years. That’s rare to read about. Great review.
Yeah, I have maybe 3 dozen or more unpublished reviews scattered around in Evernote, Wordpress, and paper notes and most of them are 3-6 years old. It is fun to compare notes from older reviews with recent experiences. I'll try to do that more but sometimes its tough for find the info or even find the beer again.

Of course, we do this for fun, but who will refuse some more SBD? Hope to be lucky this time.
But does it really age?
I've tried a homemade Blueberry strong ale (8,5% abv, made last year) when it was bottled in a few weeks, and after giving it about a year in the bottles, the taste was absolutely different. The malt sweetness reveals in a whole new level and the taste of the beer becomes smoother. For a high abv beer (6+%) it's best to give it at least six months and the beer will reward your patience.
That's why I decided to give this 11,3% beer at least 1 year and see where will it end...

Ами бих казал, че при високоалкохолните няма почти никакво значение този срок, въпреки че има дават по година - две поне. В по-нискоалкохолните бири може и да тръгне някаква зараза, но тя по никакъв начин не би трябвало да е вредна за нас. Единствено проблемът ще бъде в кофти вкуса на бирата евентуално. Няма да е особено приятна за пиене. Иначе мисля, че четох някъде, че не е възможно да се завъдят опасни микроогранизми(за човека) в бирата.

If you ever have the chance, please do. Line up is always solid, and those Belgians really know how to throw a party! And they have a shitload of variety of beers around the whole festival hehe. Jupiler as main sponsor (which I like a LOT), but also around the festivalarea they sell a lot of local stuff!

Yeah, I know it sound ridicolous but those spielglau glasses make a huge difference - maybe I should do a head to head test of a beer in these versus regular glasses.
Yeah, I have the IPA and Tulip glasses... Still have to get my hands on some stout ones though!

You tend to find them in department store/kitchen shops/anywhere you would find good glasses.
I'll have to keep a lookout. I live in the US, so it looks like I should be able to find and pick up some. Gives me a great gift idea for my mother-in-law who loves IPA's.
Stone has been a leader in helping all the smaller breweries do their thing by sticking it to the Man and starting their own distribution company. Not only that, but they are punk as fuck. I'm honestly not a big fan of their beers, but I have to give them respect. I know the guy who designed their place in SD.
That looks intense! I'll have to look for it next time I hit up my beer store.

Yeah, I don't know what the craft beer scene is like in Bulgaria. We have a pretty good one here and can get a decent amount from other countries, but you're right, looking at these posts makes you realize how few you can get your hands on!
I think craft beer is getting more and more popular here, there are also quite a few local breweries producing decent to very good beers. Cheers, man!

They really do. And this was no exception. DDH Galaxy is about as good as it gets!
Yeah, we were up in Boston this past year, so we got to try a couple of their brews. I cannot remember exactly which ones we tried, but they were definitely big on their hops :)

I forgot to write about its tag line, "ito ang tama".
In plain English, it means "This(ito) is(ang) right(tama)", so in terms of the beer, it means "This is the right beer".
The other meaning of tama in tagalog is "hit", so for this beer, it could also mean "a beer with a kick (hit)"😅.
