The BeerTicketLottery
The math of #BeerSaturday is a mixture of engagement and a random number.
From all that numbers everybody gets an specific amount of Steemit #BeerSaturday lottery tickets and we do the math and choose the winner by a random number - That ticket will win.
Means, the higher your upvote is to this main post and the more you push this post with external voting - you get a higher chance to win the challenge.

Hi BeerLovers, we already have the idea to build such a beernotebook around steemit. There was a discussion during my speech at SteemFest to do it with rewards like our challenge and structure the beer information from all around the world into a beer blockchain.

Your reviews/ home-brew info are awesome. This sounds like a very creative brew. I've never looked at different fermentation processes. I don't think my home-brew set up is advanced enough for that yet. :)
I do all my fermentation by manually controlling the tempuratures. Meaning I'll check the nighttime temps and leave it outdoors, or I'll put it in the garage, or the living room, or put ice packs, or use a seed warming mat to get the temperature I want. Since I usually do low alcohol beers, it isn't that long of a process and the first 80% of the flavors are created in the beginning for most Saccharomyces yeasts.

Gin goes really well with what's called an IPA or Indian Pale Ale, with grapefruit juice, splash or lemon, and a little simple syrup. Delicious.
