RE: A Tender Heart and a Dedicated Asshole: The Enigma of @berniesanders

anigif_enhanced-buzz-19812-1366140159-8.gifThe first time @berniesanders ever commented on my blog, he was tackling @krnel. Initially I thought he was talking to me and I was like "what have I done wrong"? but I simply asked if he was talking to me and he said no. The blunt truth is people critique him for his choices but fail to see that they sometimes exhibit the same traits in diverse ways. For instance he flags posts he doesn't consider quality enough but yet votes the little guys to show someone cares. When last did some people vote the little guys just because they loved the work? They could see a post and ignore it because of rank and yet upvote and resteem a similar post because the individual has a higher rep. Because truthfully, most people vote and comment to obtain favors and not because they are celebrating the genius of the individual. So who is truly acting like the asshole? Take for instance, it does not take a genius to figure out that voting cliques exist here and it favors familiarity over talent. Bernie has tried to balance that. If perhaps some of the people being looked up to don't act in questionable manners, perhaps Bernie won't need to flag all the time. Leadership is not by chance, it is a responsibility. In my opinion he's neither a hero nor a villain, He's more like an anti-hero like dead pool I never understood what he was doing for the community then, but I think I do now thanks @berniesanders
