So Genesis has stated we will be receiving multiple payouts a day until all payments are current... This does not seem to be the case. As the days go by, there is still a 6 day gap between payouts. For example, last payout was received on 7/22 and today is 7/29. Will tomorrows payout show 7/23 when the day will be 7/30 and so on?
This is getting ridiculous and has dramatically affected my opinion and image of Genesis Mining. All of these issues arise right before the August 1st ordeal... coincidence much? Let me know what you think and share your frustration below!

While I suspect we will eventually get all the payouts, what do you want to bet it will be after August 1st??
Support says they are having difficulty getting back on track. Timing is very suspicious, right before the August 1st fork. Problem didn't start until it was apparent the Bitcoin Cash was going to do its own thing and fork. Maybe they are slow walking the payouts so their customers' BTC are sitting in GM accounts when the fork occurs??
It does not mean much to a small miner like me but if they have 500K customers and they hold enough payouts until after August 1st, they could rake in millions by claiming all that Bitcoin cash and then dumping it.
As you said just a coincidence of are they taking advantage of their customers to grab any profits from the fork? How much you think that is with 6-7 days of "delayed" payments that are now sitting in their accounts??
They also fail to say what happens with your "balanced BTC", those payouts that are too small to be transferred into your wallet. I bet you'll loose your BCC and they will take it.
Their hacking story does not make sense and to stop paying out makes it even worse.
That is keeping OUR money in their compromised wallet instead of transferring it into my secure wallet!!
I fully agree. I havent seen this in a year that I have been with them. Total of 9 payouts missing and still counting(

I agree totally, the timing is suspicious and we can only hope we get back on track..500,000 customers are eager to get their money. I can't see myself buying any further hash power for some time.
New information on their blog. An excerpt:
The next payout is being scheduled, and all missing mining profits will be paid out to our users during the coming days. Genesis Mining will cover the full amount, and you will receive all of your payouts. The mining profits will be released gradually with the usual daily payouts, so you will receive two payouts a day instead of the usual single payout per day, until all missing payments are complete. We’re sorry for any delays in ticket responses, and I want to personally assure you that our Customer Service team will respond to each and every concern you have.
This information is about 3 days old... I am still receiving SINGLE payouts. This is the current trend I see happening...
Date - 7/29 : Last payout on 7/22
Date - 7/30 : Last payout on 7/23
Date - 7/31 : Last payout on 7/24
When will this gap start to narrow?
I am yet to see any payouts for the 7/24!!
