If you are having problems with government regulation, the work-around is VPN. It allows you to connect virtually from another location (outside the country). Here in the US, we don't have that issue, but I am aware of the need in other places.

Well besides that in terms of the connection that almost have us blocked. I was referring to exchange control but monetary, Venezuela's currency is the Bolivares. and the government does not allow mortals like us to have American dollars. the only ones who have access to the dollars are the government delinquents.
That is why it is difficult for me to invest in another currency. but little by little with steemit I will succeed.
