They are never moved, we dont know if he can move them or not.. Thats the biggest risk in BTC
oh i see. if we multiply 50 BTC for each block, does that mean there are 4M BTC that have not moved?
Im not that great with maths to keep this as solid number but with a little digging the wallets can be found on blockchain
