Sure, not a problem. So delegation is when you loan out your steempower to another user. But as we know SP can not be transferred from an account completely unless you go through the 13 week power down back to Steem. So instead of powering down back to Steem, you have the option to delegate or send out the steempower that you still control in your account to another account. You can revoke the delegation privileges at any time, yet it takes 7 days for you to use your steempower again to avoid double voting. So minnow booster allows people to delegate their SP to them in exchange for a return. And I think as Trevon began to realize that he wasn't going to be able to post on Steemit anymore in hopes of making money with that power, he decided on a different route, which was through this delegation process. However he is being shut out by most major platforms. Time will tell what his next move will be.

WOW I am new to Steem and trying to get a full understanding of it. Your comment here is great though. The community being able to stop fraudsters in their tracks is great, thats progress and positive evolution. Blockchain technology can make so many strides forward for the better from what I have come to understand thus far.
