I personally wouldn't want to be paid with a coin that can only be internally traded. Id rather be paid in a crypto fully convertible. Else, you are forced to spend your "points" on company product. If it's extra it's nice but if it's your base salary, that seems not advantageous for the worker.

Yeah, I was thinking that just like steam power, they could pull out their salary going every three months only. That way they are encouraged to use internally, but every three months I can still pull it out… Thanks for the insight
