@blocktrades how many time it will take to complete my order??as per your post all queue clear by saturday evening..but still now i'm not received my SP deligation.....how many more time it will take to appear in my account??

It will be more clear if it is mentioned "your order is in queue or processing" in please of "no refund ID found"

We're working on improving the status messages for better human readability soon, but we don't even have anything yet to differentiate between an order we can't fill (for example if someone tries to buy more than we have) and a delegation that's in the queue (it's the same thing as far as our system is concerned). Right now I'm just manually handling processing of the failed delegation requests as more SP returns to us.

Our highest priority this week was to enable existing delegates to be able to renew their delegations even if they purchased without logging in. Next we'll be moving on to improving those status messages (and some new features as well).
