Thanks, I usually do, but looks like I forgot this time. If you are leasing a new delegation, go to the "Quick Trade" page after you login, then select a Receive coin type of "Steem Power Delegation" (either the 30 or 90 day version). The Steem delegations page you mention above is for seeing and/or extending your existing delegations.

A last question, do you propose a prefferential fee for community/non profit projects ?
