What kind of workout do you do?

Today was the pool, tonight will be yoga, tomorrow lift weights & pool, maybe some jiu jitsu later in the week. I try to do at least one decent workout a day, two is even better, always nice & hi !

That sounds very good. I should add some Yoga to. For now no more weights, only bodyweight. Maybe in the future again.

For tomorrow boxing and indeed most likely stoned. Awesome especially in the summer.
