Don't they melt? Hmmm, it doesn't sound that bad...
It's a complete art you know , you have to maintain time with alertness ,too much time inn makes it soggy & mushy.but if you pull out chips at right time.it gives you a good taste. ; ) : )
I guess you learn how to balance it out after 2-3 failed attempts :P
